Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany. These are, in order, the two parishes of Andorra that agglutinate more real estate transactions.
The fact that these parishes are two of the principal economic engines of the Principality together with the different tourist claims they offer make the capital of Andorra and its neighboring parish, Escaldes-Engordany, by far the most important, two localities within Andorran territory more attractive for future buyers and/or real estate investors.
This has led to an oversaturation of the real estate demand in the central parishes, making the price per m² in Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany is currently above 3.500 euros. In addition, coinciding with the revival of the sector, everything indicates that these prices will be maintained and even follow an upward trend, leading to a higher increase as demand continues to increase.
